Job Advertisement: Sales Representative at Heidelberg Materials Precast Abetong

About the Position
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for monitoring the market in your district and collaborating with customers to develop solutions for their projects, focusing on economy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
When preparing bids, you will create calculations and ensure that the necessary resources for the commitments in the bid are available. You will then close deals and draft clear contracts to ensure the project is executed in the best way possible. Depending on the size of the project, you will either call for project handovers or continue to drive the project as a project manager.
The position also involves organizing and participating in customer activities and, if necessary, participating in working groups to improve the company's processes and results.
This position is suitable for you if you find it easy to communicate and build relationships and have the ability to create good collaboration both internally and externally.

Who We Are Looking For
We believe you will thrive and do a great job with us if you recognize yourself in the following:
- You are results-oriented and want to achieve set goals.
- You act professionally and inspire confidence through competence, attentiveness, and good business sense.
- You have previous experience in sales within the agricultural sector or similar tasks.
- You have an education in construction technology (bachelor's degree or equivalent) or agronomy/farming education.
- You are proficient in using computers and have knowledge of AutoCAD.
- You have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You have a valid driver's license (B).
- You are willing to travel for work.
Practical experience in construction or agriculture is certainly a plus – but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you want to be part of doing the job really well, together with us and our customers.
Location and District
The intended location is in Hallstahammar with colleagues. The sales district is Mälardalen and northern Sweden.
Since it is a large district, there will be some long trips with overnight stays.
